These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KidsLearnCash — our website at kidslearncash.com and our mobile applications (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
In brief: KidsLearnCash is a free tool that helps families keep track of allowance, chores and savings. It doesn't hold or move money — the balances are records your family keeps. You own what you put in, you're responsible for how your family uses it, and you can delete your account at any time.
The Service helps families record allowance, chores, spending, savings goals and wishlists, and share parts of that with relatives they invite.
Children use KidsLearnCash only through an account an adult controls — in Kid Mode on the adult's device, or on their own device through a link the adult creates. You decide what your children can see and do, and you can remove their access at any time. See Children's Privacy for how children's information is handled.
If you connect an AI assistant, you authorize it to act on your family's information with the permissions you approve, and you're responsible for what you ask it to do. The assistant's own terms also apply. You can disconnect it at any time from Settings.
You keep ownership of the information you add. You give us permission to store, process, back up and display it as needed to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for what you add — don't add anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to share.
Please don't:
We may add, change or remove features, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you before they apply to you; advertising, if we ever add it, is covered by the Privacy Policy and will never be shown in Kid Mode.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your family's information as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other people at risk.
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Please keep your own records of anything important.
To the extent the law allows, KidsLearnCash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
If you use our iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the Service or for supporting it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
